Regional Logistics Hub (RLH)

Fully owned by MISC Integrated Logistics Sdn Blid (MILS), a subsidiary of MISC, the RLH is a one stop centre offering logistic services door to door Asia wide, including customer delivery where required. Scheduled for completion by year's end, the RLH is set to provide 90,000 square meti es of state of the art warehousing with Free Commercial Zone status.

This fully-integrated facility will allow access to Malaysia and Singapore within 24 hours and central and eastern seaboard of Thailand witl-dn just 48 hours with MILS'web-based integrated supply chain and visibility IT systems providing transparency to cus tomers.

The RLH will also enable manufacturers and irnporters/exporters to consofidate multi-country warehouses at a single duty free location.

One of the most prominent features of the RLH will be its cold room facility, which will be the biggest in the country, with 31,000 pallet positions in its dry, cold and chilled areas.

The RLH will occupy an area of 16.4ha opposite to Westports and will be developed in three phases.

Additional services that will be provided by the RLH include vendor-managed inventory, fight assembly, post delivery inspection, yard management, sterilisation, fumigation, inventory management, haulage and distribution services, freight and customs management.

Westports'vast multi-modal connectivity, its direct links to all of the world's major ports, and partnership with the

world's leading main-line operators and regional line operators will benefit investors of the free zones of RLH and PKFZ.
